Following are general rules the gods established in order for everyone to live comfortably and to prevent all things that may disturb the peace as good as possible. They are not meant to restrict anyone. If you still feel them being restrictive to an unacceptable degree and/or unable to follow these rules, this may not be the right place (group) for you.
Group
01 - Watch the group
It is obligatory to have to group itself on watch with all possible checkboxes checked. Watching individual members of the group is not required not matter how much you or your character interacts with them.
02 - From and for the group only
Everything posted within the group establishments ( Deviantart, GoogleDrive, Discord, etc.) is made from and for HT only. Outside things are not meant to be posted, this includes commissions. Only self drawn and self writing things are allowed.
This holds true for the other directions as well. Everything within HT stays within. Be it Literature, Characters, Arts or Ideas. Nothing may be used outside the group unless explicitly allowed by the owner/creator.
03 - Manners & Conduct
In our group Manners and Conduct are written with a capital. We do not expect you to interact as if you were all some kind of royals od medieval england but we expect you to act civilized. This includes being respectful towards everyone at all times. To not harass, insult, spam, flame, flame bait, bully or threaten anyone. Of course these things are mostly subjective and especially between bullying and teasing the borders can get blurry. Please try to not overstep boundaries and if you do go to far (it can happen to everyone when having a bad day), apologize/admit to it. If there is some kind of conflict within the members, please not the group about it. If there is some kind of problem with a Admin/Mod, you may note me, @Kelphumin, personally. We/I will handle it.
04 - Activity
There are no regulard activity Checks, but it is required to participate in the majority of Polls, which will be posted on Discord, thus making presence (even if only casually) on Discord mandatory. This group's grows depends on everyones contribution. There may be some random checks, but this will always be communicated.
05 - Contacting Admins
If you feel that your questions, ideas, critiques or what ever you may want to say is not suitable for any comment section within the group, you are free to contact I admin. However, it will only be answered with following methods: - Note the Group
- Appropriate Discord Channel
- Direct Messages in Discord to a Admin
Impatient kind of spamming, notes to personal DA-Accounts and other not listed methods can and will be ignored.
06 - Advertising other Groups
It is forbidden to advertise other group on public pages within or Deviant Group. Advertising posts will be reported as spam, the personal will get a warning and given a second chance. After that this person will be banned from the group.
Everyone is free to request group affiliates and will usually be accepted if within a suitable genre.
07 - 3 Chances
Generally everyone has 3 chances. 3 Warning will be granted, the fourth offence/rule breaking will be answered with a ban from the group. Of course there may always be exceptions to the rule. For example rule 05.
Role Playing
Live RP
This is usually a more casual form of RP used in Chats like Skype and Discord. As the name suggests it’s a live RP, meaning it’s going back and forth with only a few sentences, like regular chatting. It’s usually more dialogue heavy with few actions and fewer descriptions.
Turn based RP
A common RP form in forums. It is like writing a story by switching up characters/writers. It is easy to use across the globe as time zones don’t matter and google docs makes it easy to share and format. Turn based RP in DnD style would include rolling dices for different actions - especially combat. If you do use them, make sure to include them in the log.
Literatur Only
If you want to submit Literatur/RP only, please use Stash Writer to submit as Literatur.
If you submit it alongside a Picture, shorter Text may be written directly in it’s description, longer Logs and Literatur, please Link us a Google Docs in the pictures Description.
Art
Unless specified otherwise Missions do not allow Sketches. Of course there are all kinds of styles and skill levels so what for some might be a sketch for others is the final product after many hours of work.
Still, if determined that there was no work put into it at all, we will not count it as a Submission.
