Applications, Requests and Forms

Feel free to design and format your written apps however you want, as long as the minimum required content is there. However written portions will only be accepted in text format (No pictures - don't write everything on a jpg - ofc you can use pictures within your gDocs or whatever, to pretty it up).

Character

Before sending in your application please make sure to have read and understood everything written in these journals. You are always welcome to ask questions, either in the comment section, by noting the group directly or on our Discord Server. Please do not note anyone personally. If you decide to join us, note the group with link to your Application Image and the written form in its description. In order to keep it a bit balanced, there is a cap list for factions. For starters there may be up to 3 characters per faction. Please check out the [Cap-List] [App Blank] [Written Form]

Soulbound

The Art on the app requires to be of the Stage you first encountered your potential Soulbound. [App Blank] [Written Form] If your Soulbound got accept, use the [5 Stage Blank] to complete the Soulbound Assignment.

Ki Art

In order to keep things balanced and having an overview who can do what we keep a [Art Master List]. This file lists all default Arts and who may use them as well all Arts created by characters and what other characters learned them as well. Following this is a form in order to apply for either creating, upgrading or learning a new Art.

Creation

Creators only get to decide the Name and what the Art does but not the battle stats. After reviewing the application an admin will answer back with the exact same form with the exception of added battle stats that are based on the cost. If the creators accepts it, the Art and Character will be added to the Master list. The creator can always decline. For example if one wants to start off with a certain power level, that is not reached with these costs, they decline and safe up first. Every Art will start at Rank 1. And can reach a maximum Rank of 10. So the stronger they start off with, the stronger they can get. If one wants to learn the exact same Ki Art but with lower or higher Rank as the original creator, they have to resubmit a creation form with a slightly different Art name and adjusted costs. For Example a Fireball has 50 Firepower at Rank 1. One is already high level and can easily make a Fireball with a 500 Firepower at Rank 1, the new Art would be called Fireball Plus or Super Fireball or something like this. After successfully creating a skill on paper, it has to be put on a final form. All the creator has to do is draw a picture of the skill and fill in the Art name and Creators name in the designated boxes of the form and the admins will fill out the rest of it, which is a table of the stats as well as the costs from Rank 1 to Rank 10. Learning

Ki Arts that were created by characters can be learned by others. They simply need to hand in the form of the Skill with the Original creator's name and the same costs will be deducted from their Account. If everything is confirmed the Character's name will be added to the Master list. [Written Form]

Upgrade

In order to upgrade a custom skill, one has to send a simple request form. After checking the available Cultivation and Essence Sparks, the User will receive a recipe and the name will be added to the List. [Written Form] Please keep in mind that the Admins are free to reject any kind of application the deem unfitting because they are to similar to other skills or to over powered. Sometimes users will be asked to adjust things such as the chosen Essences if they they do not make sense, if the naming is confusing or inappropriate or to adjust the description in a certain way.
